Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee. 2. Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will end at the scheduled time. This ensures that the next client is not delayed. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. 3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, the full session fee will be charged. 4. Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept most forms of online payment. If payment is not received, your appointment will not be confirmed. 5. Confidentiality Policy: All information shared during our sessions will remain confidential and only be used to provide the best possible service. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent. 6.
